COAT at the Quality Matters Conference, November 7-9

COAT will be at the Quality Matters conference in November.  If you plan to attend the conference, November 7-9, 2011, at the Baltimore Inner Harbor, we invite you to attend our presentation.!

COAT Course Meets Quality Matters Expectations

The COAT course recently underwent a Quality Matters course review, as part of our 3 year plan. We are happy to announce that the COAT course met QM expectations, earning a perfect score! This was exactly the goal of the COAT course development team that designed and developed the course in the spring of 2010. The development team was comprised of 6 talented individuals with experience and expertise in the areas of instructional design, online teaching, distance learning administration and, of course, Quality Matters standards. The 6 team members came from 6 different institutions, lending a broad perspective to the course topics.

Congratulations to the development team for a job well done!
  •  Mary Beth Graham (Mount St. Mary's University)
  •  Karen Rubinstein (Morgan State University)
  •  Deborah Turner (Wor-Wic Community College)
  •  Dr. Diana Zilberman (Baltimore City Community College)
  •  Gregory Williams (University of Maryland Baltimore Campus)
  •  Bobbi Dubins (Allegany College of Maryland).
